Crude and rupee updates

The crude oil price is trading at three months higher due to the rising tension in the middle east. The Brent Crude jumps nearly $3 per barrel after US air strick kills Iran, Iraq officials as per the report Investing.com.

The Brent Crude oil future is currently trading at $69 per barrel, it is up by almost 4% from yesterday’s close. The Indian rupee is currently trading Rs 71.80 against the US dollar. The depreciation of Indian rupee is due to the higher crude oil prices.

Conclusions:

The middle east tension and higher crude prices are the reason for profit booking in the market. Traders should be cautious because the geopolitical tension could spoil the market mood in the coming days.

Whereas on the other side the trade deal signing between the US and China has come much closer. Next week onwards the market will start reacting on Q3 results. We can see some movements in Nifty50 stock price next week.
