Market Updates

Weekly Stock Market- These Nifty stocks gained up to 20%

Weekly Stock Market: Indian stock markets closed almost one percent higher during the week ended 7 May. The domestic markets gained after the RBI’s Covid-19 relief measure announcements, corporate earnings, and global market support. However, markets have ignored the slow growth of service sectors in the month of April. The market upside was capped during the week due to the rising coronavirus cases and restrictions imposed in several places during the week.

The Indian markets started the week on a flat note. Domestic markets fell on the second day of the week due to weak global cues and some disappointment in mid-cap corporate earnings. Markets gained the remaining days of the week after the announcement of RBI’s Covid-19 relief measures.
